When you contact Custom Cultipackers, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control.

We collect information to provide better services to all our users — from figuring out basic stuff like which equipment & size, mount options, and combo unit options that will best meet your needs.

When you complete a quote request form, you provide us with personal information that will enable us to contact you. You can choose to provide your email address and/or phone number to enable us to provide the requested information.

Some customers agree to share photos or videos of them using their Custom Cultipacker equipment. With your permission, we may use your media in our ads or YouTube demo videos. If we do use your media, there will be no personal information associated with it.

Information Custom Cultipacker collects

The only information we collect is what you provide on the quote request form. If you place an order, then we’ll also collect your billing address, delivery address and payment information.

 This information includes things like your name, email address, phone number, delivery zip code, and payment information.

Payment information is deleted after final payment. All other information is deleted after three years. Information can be deleted at any time if requested.
